Login Assistance

If you’re having trouble logging in to your account, read the following.

Created a username and password prior to September 2015?
If you created an account prior to September 2015 but have not logged in to our updated website after September 2015, you must create a new user account to meet our enhanced security measures. Your old username and password are no longer valid.

  1. Start by creating your account here.
  2. Once created, you will receive an email to verify your account.
  3. Once verified, you must enter an activation code to link your account to your pharmacy’s data. Activation codes were mailed and emailed in September 2015. If you do not have your activation code, use the login help form to request this code.

Forgot your password?
Use the “Forgot Password?” button on the log in page to reset your password. After entering your username, you will receive a password reset email to the email address on file. If you are running a spam filter, check to ensure the message has not been filtered as spam.

You can’t use any recently used passwords.

Forgot your username?
Provide your contact information via login help form and request your username. A member of our website support team will be in contact.

Forgot the answers to your security questions?
You created answers to three different security questions during your account verification process. If you don’t remember the answer to one of your security questions, hit “Try Another Question” to answer another question.

If you still can’t access your account using the tips above, send a detailed support request here. To expedite assistance, ensure your support requests includes detailed information on your log in difficulty (i.e., forgot username, forgot security question answers, etc.) rather than requests generic log in assistance.
